Recent Developments with BIT Login
On December 30, 2024, the updated Business Intelligence Tool (BIT) was released. On February 14, 2025, all inactive accounts were deactivated. An account is inactive if it did not register a login after the release of the BIT Update. All deactivated accounts will be deleted on July 4, 2025, along with any reports in their Inbox and Personal Folders.
Steps
If your account has been deactivated, you have never received a BIT login, or you are experiencing other login issues, contact your Site Coordinator. If you're unsure who that is, ask your Court Administrator.
Navigate to the BIT portal.
- Enter your RACF ID in the User Name field.
- Enter the passphrase you received from your Site Coordinator.
- From the Authentication Type drop-down, select Enterprise.
- Click the Sign in button.
- You will be prompted to change your password.
- Enter the passphrase from your Site Coordinator in the Old Password field.
- Enter your new passphrase in the New Password field.
- Enter your new passphrase again in the Confirm New Password field.
- Passphrases will need to be updated yearly.
- Click the Sign in button.
Passphrase Rules
- The length must be between 16 to 25 characters.
- Must contain upper- and lower-case letters.
- Must include a Number.
- At least one Special character must be used.
- Cannot be one of the most recent 10 passphrases you used to log in to BIT.
