How do I change a case type if it is not listed as an option in the Change Case Type dropdown on the Detail tab in Odyssey?

Odyssey's core functionality requires case types be configured with a base case type.  The "base case types" determines the tabs you see across the top of your case within Odyssey based on the case category (Case Type).



If the case type you need does not display in the drop-down list it is due to different base case types.  A user cannot make case type changes when the base case types is different.  However, if you submit an eService incident, the AOC will be able to assist with the change.
