Is there a project going on to replace JIS?

Yes.  The Courts of Limited Jurisdiction Case Management System (CLJ-CMS) project is planning to procure and implement a modern, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) case management system.  This new system will help keep pace with the needs of today's court to fairly and efficiently administer justice for the public.

To find project information, project status, and how your court can prepare for the new system, please visit the CLJ-CMS Project page on Inside Courts.  Specific questions can also be emailed to CLJCMSProject@courts.wa.gov.

A brochure about the project is attached to the bottom of this answer.  Please share this information with all court staff, justice partners, and other city or county departments who may be impacted by the implementation of a new system.  External justice partners can review the project information on the public web page CLJ-CMS Project.
