Will Converted Cases Have a New Odyssey Format Case Number?

A Converted Case is a pre-existing case in SCOMIS/JIS.

When a county on-boards to Odyssey, the conversion process transfers all SCOMIS/JIS cases into Odyssey.

Cases converted from SCOMIS/JIS to Odyssey will maintain their original formatted case number.

Users are able to find a case in Odyssey by using the original SCOMIS/JIS number.

If a case is created Odyssey, the case is also assigned a JIS/SCOMIS number.
