I know someone is in Odyssey, but when I search for them, nothing comes up. How can I perform a more thorough search for a party?

In Odyssey, there is a default simple search setting which will not show all party types found on a case. To ensure you are searching for all of the party types, follow the steps below.


  • On the Find a Party screen, click Use Advanced Search.

  • Under Type of Party menu, click Select All. This will put a check mark in each of the boxes.

  • Click Save My Settings.

This search method will now be saved for future use.
