How does a court receive copies of SECTOR eTickets to store in their Document Management System?

Courts may subscribe to tickets that are filed electronically, via the Justice Information Data Exchange (JINDEX).  Once the connection is established and electronic messages received by the court, these tickets and attached documents may be stored electronically in a court's document management system (DMS).

Technical requirements for utilizing this service are very similar to those outlined in the VRV - Technical Overview and Specifications.

In order to take advantage of this functionality, the court must submit a request via AOC eService Center "Ask a Question". Select topic: Case Management, no case number is needed, and in the question section state: Our court would like to receive copies of the eTickets sent via JINDEX. An AOC Business Analyst will contact you to discuss your needs and provide a Business Assessment form to be completed.
