What are the changes to IRLJ 6.2 that take effect December 10, 2013?
Changes to IRLJ 6.2 were adopted per En Banc November 6, 2013. These changes amended the penalty schedule to provide varied penalties for fish and wildlife infractions. The changes were made to allow fish and wildlife infractions to be cited with penalties that coincide with the seriousness of each infraction.
The JIS Law Table (bail schedule) has been updated to show the modified penalties based on the new amounts listed in IRLJ 6.2. A list of the updated laws in the JIS Law Table is attached to the bottom of this answer.
