Why are RCW 10.99.040 Duties of court-No-contact order and RCW 10.99.050 Victim contact-Restriction, Prohibition no longer available for citing in JIS?

Legislation in 2000 made penalties for violations of the various types of orders entered for the protection of domestic violence victims.  The changes established  RCW 26.50.110 Violation of order-Penalties as the penalty RCW for violating any order granted under Chapters 10.99, 26.09, 26.10, 26.26, 26.52.020, and 75.34 (No Contact/Protection Order Violations).

The JIS Law Table, SCOMIS Law Table, and the JCS Law Table currently have entries for RCW 26.50.110.  The law table entries for RCW Chapters 10.99, 26.09, 26.10, 26.26, and 26.52.020 were removed as of October 31, 2012.  Lists of the changes made to the law tables can be located attached to the bottom of this answer.

This information was also passed on to SECTOR users, the Washington Association of Prosecuting Attorneys (WAPA), and the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs (WASPC).
