Person Business Rule 9.10 and 9.20 state courts must notify DOL when a person has used different names or Driver's License numbers.  This means if the court realizes duplicate records for the person that are showing as valid license records, the Department of Licensing must be notified.

Notify the Department of Licensing's, License Integrity Unit by:

Please include the names, dates of birth, and the Driver's License numbers to be reviewed.  It is also helpful to provide an explanation of how the court determined they were in fact the same person in both records.

Be advised that the License Integrity Unit may require additional documentation from the court in order to proceed with their investigation.  They will advise you of the additional details that they require, if needed.
