JRS Tran Code 1100 is the appropriate code to use when filing the Committed Intimate Relationship (CIR) cause of action.

RCW 36.18.016(2)(b) requires the petitioner to pay a $30 fee upon filing the first or initial petition for dissolution, legal separation, or declaration concerning validity of a marriage, or registered domestic partnership (RCW 1.12.080, 1.16.100). A committed intimate relationship is neither a marriage nor a registered domestic partnership; so RCW 36.18.016(2)(b) does not apply.

CIR is not subject to the DV Prevention Surcharge.
