Is there any restriction for displaying a minor child's name on a SCOMIS label?

No. GR 22 provides that a minor's Social Security Number (SSN) and Date of Birth (DOB) should be restricted, but the name is not mentioned.

Note that per decision of the Judicial Information Systems Committee (JISC). JIS Systems no longer accept SSN# and all SSN information will be removed by November 2014.

At one time, GR 31 restricted names of minor children to their initials only. That provision was removed and is no longer a part of GR 31.
