How is the Proceeding Docket Code PREMHRG used in Mental Illness cases?
The Proceeding Code PREMHRG was requested to provide a count of hearings held to address a respondent's rights (or loss of) as they go through a Mental Illness Case Type 6 proceeding. The rights include the right to a jury trial and the right to possess a firearm. The Pre-Mental Hearing is not intended to document the hearing on the petition that initiated the case.
