Why can't I open some of the eTicket attachments?

The following is a list of the types of documents that officers can successfully attach to eTickets in the SECTOR application:

.doc .jpg .rtf

.docx .tif .pdf

Officers may now submit eTickets with attachments that are saved in MS Word 2007 as a .docx file. The .doc files are still valid as well.

If your computer does not have Office 2007 or Word 2007, you can only open .docx files after downloading the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Office 2007.
