How do I post a Replevin Bail or Bond?
According to Section 1.8 Legal Glossary of the Manual for Courts of Limited Jurisdiction, a replevin type court action is a "civil action for the recovery of a thing taken rather than for the value of that thing."
Replevin Bail or Bond is one of three types of bail/bond postings in JIS. (The other two types are Appearance and Appeal.) Most courts use Appearance Bail or Bond; replevin would be more common for civil bail postings.
