Was a new code added for the Complied field on the Plea/Sentencing Update (PLS) Screen?
On May 5, 2008, the Plea/Sentencing Update (PLS) screen processing was corrected so that an automatic docket entry is now made when the "T-Terminated" code is used in the Complied field for case conditions.
On March 17, 2008, the new code T-Terminated will be available for the Complied field on the Plea/Sentencing Update (PLS) screen. The new code provides more flexibility in reflecting the reason a case condition is no longer being tracked on a case.
The new code has been implemented in this manner:
- The sort order of case conditions on the Plea/Sentencing Update (PLS) screen lists terminated case condition codes last.
- The Case Review Report submitted from the Case Review Reports (CRS) screen does not list case conditions with a Status of Terminated.
- The Case Disposition (CSD) screen skips terminated case conditions when editing for uncompiled case conditions. Only N-Not Complied codes will trigger an informational message when closing a case.
