Who should provide discovery?
Discovery is a copy of the citing officer's report or affidavit.
The court does not provide discovery. The "prosecuting authority assigned to the court in which the infraction is filed" provides discovery. See Court Rule IRLJ 3.1(b) for more information about the type of information provided by whom, deadlines, and consequences of not meeting the deadline.
