"Following are the JIS Release Notes for the August 8, 2007, release:JIS Accounting Fiche from APC Accounting Period Control, RVS Misc Revenue Reports, NTP- Non Time Pay Rpt Selection, TPS- Time Pay Report Selection
As discussed by the Washington State Association of County Clerks in the Fall of 2006, the Administrative Office of the Courts is discontinuing the production of microfiche. The final sets of microfiche for the Ledger Detail/Summary, Trust Account, A/P, A/R, Time Pay, and Non-time Pay reports were those created in July 2007. (CR 1159, DMS 172)

"Greetings Superior Site Coordinators:As discussed by the Washington State Association of County Clerks last fall, the Administrative Office of the Courts is discontinuing the microfiche service that is currently provided. The last public and confidential indices will be created for the week of March 26. That will be the last index fiche you will receive as both the weekly and the semi-annual are being discontinued.
Accounting microfiche will continue to be produced through the end of June 2007. We will notify you again before that fiche is discontinued.
