Clerk's Dismissal Download Report
If your court chooses to use a local application such as Word to generate dismissal notices, the Clerk's Dismissal Download Report will generate data for your local mail/merge program. This download will create a file containing data from cases that have had no docket activity since the specified date. The job will run overnight and place the data file in the specified print domain. Then download the file to a PC for use in a Word mail/merge program.
