How can I get a copy of the directory from the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) that contains a list of certified chemical dependency providers in Washington State?
The DSHS Web page for the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR) Certification Section Services contains a link to the "Directory of Certified Chemical Dependency Services in Washington State."
The directory can be downloaded from the above site in PDF format. Due to budget reductions, DBHR no longer prints hard copies of the directory.
