What happens in JCS when the clerk's office terminates parental rights in JIS?

When a change is made on the Family Relationship History (FRH) screen  in JIS, two Notifications are created in JCS:


  • Terminated Parental Rights.
  • Person-Based Parent Relationship Exists.


  1. In JIS, delete the Parent relationship for the terminated parent on the Family Relationship History (FRH) screen.
  2. In JCS, delete the Terminated Parental Rights and Person-Based Parent Relationship notification entries from the Notification screen.
