Where can I find referral transfer memos in JCS?

1. In the JCS Main Menu, click Referral > Letters/Forms.
2. Click the Letter zoom icon.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the list.
   The description for all of the referral transfer memos begins with "JPF Transfer."
