Why can't I see the DVI screen for a person?

Three conditions must be true in order for you to view the Domestic Violence Inquiry (DVI) screen:

  1. You must have security to display the DVI screen. *
  2. You must have a case in YOUR court for the person.
  3. The case number for the person must be in the navigator field before you can display the DVI screen for that person.

* See your court administrator or site coordinator if you need security to access the DVI screen.  If you are the court administrator or site coordinator, use eService Center to submit your security request to the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) Customer Services: Select Topic 1. Computer/Printer/Security/Access, enter your request in the Question Data area, and click Submit to AOC.
