Whom do I contact with questions about the Risk Assessment tools from assessments.com?
For questions about assessment.com applications for which there is no answer in the Washington Administrative Office of the Court's (AOC's) eService Center Knowledge Base, please contact your local court trainer for CMAP (Case Management Assessment Process).
If your local trainer needs assistance, use the attached list of Quality Assurance Specialists (QAS) and Trainers designated for your county for further support. The question should be e-mailed to the QAS person or trainer, with a copy e-mailed to the CMAP Coordinator. (Please see the attached documents for complete lists of QAS personnel, trainers, and the CMAP Coordinator.)
If the QAS person or CMAP trainer needs to escalate the question, use eService Center to contact the AOC Customer Services using Topic: Computer/Printer/Security/Access. The AOC Customer Services will obtain an answer as soon as possible and reply to the court's request.
