If a juvenile has not been released from detention, how does the detention release date display in the JCS Data Warehouse?

The detention release date has been changed in the JCS data warehouse. If a juvenile has not been released yet, the detention release date will now show as 12/31/2099 in the data warehouse (previously it showed as 1/1/1800).
