How can I re-generate a Convicted Felon Report (Notice of Felony Conviction)?
The Convicted Felon Report lists information for cases in which any of the following occurred during the previous week: A completion code was entered, modified, or removed; the lower court appeal flag was removed; or charge data was entered or changed.
To generate a new Convicted Felon Report, remove the completion code and date until you are returned to the Command screen. Then add the completion code and date back to the case. This will flag the case to be picked up in the next automatic report run on the following Thursday.
Important note: Caseload statistics will not be impacted as long as the completion code and date are removed and replaced on the same date.
