While waiting to verify compliance issues under ICAOS, what liabilities are there to holding back cases under review?
The interim answer from Washington's Interstate Compact office is that as long as we are making a good faith effort to comply with the Interstate Compact on Adult Offender Supervision (ICAOS), no liability is likely.
