If the juvenile cannot be found in the Juvenile Risk Assessment (Back on Track) application, how do I access the youth's case?

When searching for a juvenile, search first by the JUVIS number. Any other search criteria can also be used, such as first name, last name, etc. Occasionally, a juvenile's name is entered incorrectly on the Profile (example, first name last).
