In the Juvenile Risk Assessment (Back on Track) application, how do I edit a juvenile's name and address information?

From the juvenile's home page, click the juvenile's name (left side of the screen). The Edit User Profiles screen displays. Make the necessary updates and click the Update Juvenile Profile button at the bottom of the screen.
