In the Juvenile Risk Assessment (Back on Track) application, when loading a youth's picture to the home page, I get a "No Image" button, and the picture will not upload.
Assessments.com is aware of this problem. Until this has been corrected, when uploading a youth's picture, the file extension MUST be in lower case.
For example:
- imagename.jpg, not imagename.JPG.
- imagename.gif, not imagename.GIF.
- imagename.tif, not imagename.TIF.
It the image was sent to you with the extension in upper case, you can resave the image using the same extension but in lower case. Then use the image with the lower-case extension to upload.
