In JCS, can local codes for a specific juvenile department be added, modified, or deleted to the drop-down boxes?

Yes. Any of the local codes can be added, modified, or deleted very quickly.

After your court has implemented JCS, if you notice something is missing or needs to be updated or removed, please submit your request directly to AOC Customer Services. Use eService Center and select Topic: Case Management, enter your request in the Question Data box, and click the Submit to AOC button. You will receive a return e-mail as soon as your request has been filled.
