Does the rule about putting the SCOMIS number on only one sequence number in the juvenile referral block also apply to dependency cases for series 500 that often got into 520 and 530 for the same dependency?
A referral block includes all consecutive referral numbers until a new referral reason (excluding probation violation, contempt, and revocation) is encountered. One SCOMIS number in this example block (500-530) is sufficient.
