Are the Washington State Supreme Court opinions published online?
Yes. Washington State Appellate Court opinions (including the Washington State Supreme Court) from the past 90 days are located on the Washington State Court Opinions page of the Washington Courts Web site. A link is provided to a site for opinions older than 90 days.
From the Notification Services page, you may also register to be notified when a new opinion is published. From this same page, additional notification services are available for:
- Court Form Revisions/Additions
- Caseload Reports for Superior Courts and Courts of Limited Jurisdiction
- Press Releases and Judicial News
- Weekly Digest for Washington Courts
In addition, as a court staff member, once you have logged into the Inside Courts Web site (http://inside.courts.wa.gov), you will have access to an expanded set of services for Court Users Only from the Notification Services page. Registration for court users includes signing up to receive e-mail notifications when updates are made to:
