When is the deadline for appellate filings to be in compliance with RAP 5.4?
To be in compliance with RAP 5.4, and to ensure an accurate count of appellate filings, please forward every appeal filed in your court during the calendar year to the appropriate division of the Court of Appeals no later than 14 days after receipt of the Notice of Appeal or Notice for Discretionary Review.
