In ACORDS, we have a case in "Stored" status which the United States Supreme Court has ordered to be re-opened. How do we change the status from "Stored" to "Record Ready"?

Adding a new event with the status 'Record Ready' will change the case status.

If the case is heard a second time at the Court of Appeals, case statistics will appropriately record this action as a second round of work.
