What were the PSEA changes to district and municipal court penalties in 2003?
This answer has to do with changes to the PSEA that became effective July 27, 2003.
For detailed information about the 2003 changes and the affected RCW's, please refer to the attached memorandum near the bottom of this answer. The memo dated June 2, 2003, and a new penalty schedule were sent to the courts of limited jurisdiction by the Planning and Development Manager at the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC).
