Why does null/null appear in the ACORDS screen title instead of my User ID?

The computer you are using probably has the wrong version of JAVA installed.  ACORDS currently is compatible with JAVA 7 or 8.  The solution to the problem is to uninstall JAVA from the computer then log back into ACORDS to initiate the download of the correct version of JAVA.
