I received a "transaction rollback" error message while working in ACORDS. Why?

This is a common error received when the ACORDS server is slow (see below), which is related to the routine server recycle that takes place early every Wednesday morning.  Try your work again in ACORDS; if the "transaction rollback" error continues to appear, contact the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) Customer Services, (800) 442-2169, Option 1.
