How do I enable Legal Financial Obligation (LFO) billing for defendants with a Washington State Department of Corrections Billing Status Code of DEP (deported)?
Type B (bill) in the LFO Override field at the bottom of the Case Obligation Status (COS) screen.
This may be necessary when the Washington State Department of Corrections (DOC) information shows that the defendant was deported but the defendant has returned to this country.
