Can I get a copy of the detailed statewide law table list of laws?
Yes. The Statewide Law Table, available for download in Adobe Acrobat PDF or Excel format, is located on the Court Resources/Court Management page of the Inside Courts Web site. They are at the top of the web page, divided by court level. Each file includes all currently effective entries in the statewide law table entries, sorted by law number, for that court level.
The law tables are re-published twice a month, which will incorporate any changes that occurred during that time period.
CLJ Courts Only: If any updates are required for your local laws, refer to the JIS Online Manual, Fine/Penalty Schedule section, for detailed instructions. A summary version of the bail schedule (law list statewide and/or local laws) can be requested at any time from the Misc. Reports Select (MRS) screen.
