If a court of limited jurisdiction case with multiple charges has any of the charges dismissed, will the dismissed charges print on a warrant?
No. Dismissed charges do not print on warrants for courts of limited jurisdiction. The JIS Online Manual, Warrant Eligibility Report topic, includes the following selection criteria:
Case has at least one charge with a Finding/Judgment of BLANK, AS, DP, DS, G, GD, GO, GS, OD, PI, or RP.
Since the dismissed finding/judgment codes (D, DW, DO) are not included in the selection criteria, they are not included on the printed warrant.
