Why does the SCOMIS Operator Activity Report show other courts updating cases in superior court?
When another court does a "Case Person Change" (NPC) process in JIS on a case from a superior court, SCOMIS logs this as a "Change Names" command executed in SCOMIS. The court user's RACF ID will appear on the SCOMIS Operator Activity Log the following day and the transaction will also be listed in the Statewide NPC Audit Report, which is automatically generated and routed to the owning court's print domain.
