Is there any way to keep the parking delinquent fee from being added in JIS while you are waiting on a payment?
Yes. To prevent a parking case from going delinquent and having an additional parking delinquent fee added, enter a Case Review Code on the Plea/Sentence (PLS) screen with a future review date, up to 10 years from the date the code is added. The Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) Customer Services suggest you use the Case Review Code PRK (Parking Payment Review) or PAR (Partial Payments - Time Pay). Then you can use the Case Review Report submitted from the CRS screen to keep track of the case.
