Can a parking ticket filed with the incorrect ticket number or other information be deleted from JIS so I can re-use the number?

No, a parking ticket cannot be deleted after it is filed in JIS.  However, the ticket number can be changed on the Parking Ticket Maintenance (PKT) screen if it is incorrect.   If you are filing a new parking case and receive a message that the ticket number already exists but you are unable to locate the original document to correct the existing case, you can change the ticket number of the existing case to a number the court would never use (e.g., XXX0001).  You may need to reopen the existing case before you can change the number.  Then you can file the new case.
