What is the Court Local Revenue Report?

The Court Local Revenue Report shows the local revenue collection rates for each court/jurisdiction during the last three calendar years as well as an average collection percentage for the three-year period.  The data does not include any state receivables, state revenue, or restitution.

The Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) prepares the report once a year emails the report to county clerks and district and municipal court administrators.  Courts can use the report to derive a local revenue collectible amount from current receivables and report that amount in annual financial reports to the county or city.

For more information, see the Court Local Revenue Report in the JIS Online Manual.
