The Legal Financial Obligation (LFO) Billing Exception Report is too long for me to find the cases I need to update.
Use a canned query in the Data Warehouse to find the LFO billing exceptions that require court action.
The name of the canned query is LFO Billing Exception Report and it is available in the Superior Court Universe, in the Superior Statewide Reports folder. The query results will list case information where there was an LFO billing exception that occurred between the requested dates on the query. The results will include the Case Number, Defendant Name, DOC Number, and DOC Billing Status Code.
