How do I sign in to the eService Center?
You do NOT need to sign in to click any of the pre-displayed answers or to perform a Search for other answers.
You DO need to login in order to access information under the Check Ticket Status link, or to submit a request to AOC Customer Services using the New Support Ticket link.
To log in, click the Login button or "Login in to submit a new ticket" link on the eService Center - Administrative Office of the Courts landing page. You will be directed to "login to the support portal page"; enter your work email and 10-character password, then select Login. You are then logged in to the eService Center and can access New Support Ticket and Check Ticket Status.
