Is there a way to batch add and remove a defense attorney on multiple cases in JIS?
Effective December 18, 2017, the following screens were added to JIS to batch add and remove attorneys:
- The Batch Attorney Add (BATA) screen is used to add an attorney (AT-type) participant to multiple criminals, infraction, probable cause and/or parking cases at one time. It eliminates the need to use the Case Participant Add (CSPA) process on each case to add the attorney.
- The Batch Attorney Remove (BATR) screen is used to remove an attorney (AT-type) participant as an active attorney on the case. This eliminates the need to use the Case Participant update (CSP) on each case to end-date the attorney.
