When are the year-end superior court caseload deadlines?
The Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) reruns January through November superior court reports in early January and notifies all courts as to when to expect them in their print domain. December reports will appear in print domains on the regularly scheduled run date (third Tuesday of the following month; i.e., third Tuesday of January). All data corrections must be made to case-level data before the end of January. January 31 marks closure and finalization of superior court data for the previous calendar year.
