Header Shows Correct RACF ID with the Wrong Court ID in ACORDS Print

I logged into ACORDS and the header shows my correct RACF ID with the wrong court ID (e.g., A01, A02, A03, A08).

For Court of Appeals ACORDS users who have access rights to data entry, the incorrect header will occur when the version of JAVA on a user's PC does not match the version of JAVA required by the ACORDS program. ACORDS is compatible with JAVA 7 and 8. If the PC has a newer version, then the described header will display and ACORDS will not function.

The solution is to uninstall JAVA and then log into ACORDS again. A series of prompts will appear, which provide guidance for the installation of the correct version of JAVA. If needed, please contact your local technical staff for assistance in uninstalling JAVA.
