Are the Process Control Number (PCN) or Transaction Control Number and Originating Agency Number (OAN) entered on separate screens for courts of limited jurisdiction (CLJ)?
The Process Control Number (PCN) or Transaction Control Number (TCN) and Originating Agency Number (OAN) can both be entered during the Non-Civil Case Add (NCCA) process.
Once the case has been added, the PCN TCN can only be entered using the PCN or PCNB screens. The OAN can be entered either from the NCC screen or the PCN screen (referred to as the Local Number).
